Come and celebrate and commemorate the genius that Michael Jackson was at the Michael Jackson Memorial Sing-Along at Legion on Friday, June 18th. All of the best Michael Jackson music videos will be projected on a screen with subtitles for everyone to sing-along to. Over 2 hours of music videos to sing-along to! Sing-Alongs are like karaoke, except without the whole waiting your turn part. No microphones! Everyone sings along to the collection of subtitled videos together: imagine caroling and a dance party mixed together, now add booze.
We've got the Thrill The World Dancers coming out to perform and teach everyone the Thriller dance. Dress up for the Michael Jackson Impersonator/Costume Contest for a chance at sweet prizes! Perhaps an MJ dance off is in order? We've also got a preshow for those of you who arrive early (starts at 8:30) filled with spectacular, hilarious and heartwarming clips from the countless films, video games, TV shows and appearances he's done, Jackson 5 clips, less sing-alongable music videos and scenes from This Is It.
